Insurance operations connect contracts, calculations, tasks, and documents. The experience needs to reflect detailed business requirements while remaining workable for the people using it.
My contribution
As part of the internal design team through Meonzi / Trask, I translate business requirements into user journeys, concepts, prototypes, and UI designs. I also contribute to a custom design system.

Focus on contract management, insurance calculations, task workflows, and document handling.
Stay involved through implementation
Work with developers on UI questions and help test the implemented experience.
